Hello there! I can’t believe spring is closer than it seems. Did you know that March the 8th is International Women’s Day? This month I would like to celebrate us, women, and share with you amazing 5 books that I’m currently loving. They are very inspirational, yet easy to read. All of them are written by extremely talented people that at some point of their lives found the right answers and shared them with the world. I hope these books will inspire you as much as they inspired me. So, here we go:
- “Girl, wash your face” by Rachel Hollis
Because “This is your life. You are meant to be the hero of your own story”. The book is like the best girl-talk you’ve ever had. Each chapter tells you one lie a woman is told at some period of her life. Rachel Hollis put together personal experience, ups, and downs, things women don’t tell each other, and more in the way that when you read the book, you feel like you are talking to your best friend! - “The power of NOW” by Eckhart Tolle
Because “There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live”. I honestly don’t know what to add to this well’said quote. The book is too good to miss it. - “The Art of Loving” Erich Fromm
Because “To love somebody is not just a feeling – it is a decision, it is a judgment, it is a promise”. Now laugh at me all you want, but Love is actually the art. I wish I read this book a long time ago before I met my husband, I would treat and think of love very differently. - “People Over Profit” by Dale Partridge. Because “Every day you have a choice to be honest or deceptive. If you commit to telling the truth, you will win. You’ll win more trust, you’ll win more business, and you’ll win more peace of mind. You’ll break the system and be even more successful.”
- “You are a badass” by Jen Sincero
Because “You are responsible for what you say and do. You are not responsible for whether or not people freak out about it”.
And, the last, but not least: audio book of this month is “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhginn. Because “Champions don’t do extraordinary things. They do ordinary things, but they do them without thinking, too fast for the other team to react. They follow the habits they’ve learned.”
ooo I love to check these out!! I need a new read, Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for these recommendations! Besides “Girl, Wash Your Face”, I hadn’t heard about any of these. You made all of them sound great – so for now I’m going to put all of them onto my audible wish list and choose later. Hm, maybe I’ll get “The Power of Now” right now… 🙂
